Polyurethanes - This range of high performance and general purpose sealants - available in custom colors. Provides flexible, durable and weather tight seals for many type of building joints in renovation and new construction projects. Also included are system for surfaces exposed to vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Silicones - Provide high performance for dynamically moving joints with materials having a high coefficient of linear expansion, such as aluminum curtain-walls, pre-cast concrete panels, metal panels and window perimeters. Suitable for both caulking and glazing applications. Butyls and Acrylics - Used for general purpose interior and exterior caulking and as a back bedding compound. Some are also recommended as acoustical seals for interior walls, floors and ceilings.  Liquid Applied Systems - A broad range of high performance products designed to protect and waterproof concrete surfaces. Specific applications include parking decks, plaza balconies, foundation walls or roof systems. Systems include cold applied, bitumen modified urethanes and tar-based hot applied systems. Sheet Systems - Dual membrane systems, laminating high density polyethlene and bentonite clay, represent the latest in waterproofing technology. Traffic Joint Systems - Engineered, heavy duty systems provide durable seals in traffic bearing expansion joints. Applications include parking decks and ramps, bridge decks and pedestrian walkways.  Solutions for Safety - The TREMstop product line is a complete selection of fire containment products for through-penetrations and construction joints and gaps in fire-rated building assemblies. Included are cast-in-place intumescent devices, and sealants featuring Intumex (graphite based_ intumescent technology. Other high performance silicone, urethane and acrylic sealants are also used in systems that effectively and economically meet firestopping building code requirements.
