Modified polyurethane vehicular traffic check coating system composed of a basecoat (350), heavy duty wear coat (345) and finish coat (346) with a class A fire rating.

VULKEM TRAFFIC DECK COATING SYSTEM is a unique combination of components. The application incorporates the following:

Vulkem Polyurethane Sealants for sealing expansion and control joints, cracks and penetrations.

Integral flashings composed of Vulkem Elastomers formulated to hold on vertical surfaces.

A tenaciously banded Vulkem Polyurethane Rubber Base Coat for waterproofing.

An intermediate coat of a hard Vulkem Urethane Elastomer, aggregate filled, with excellent impact, abrasion and chemical resistance.

A double thickness of hard Vulkem Urethane Elastomer in driving lanes, ramps and turn areas - for double protection in these critical areas.

And an Aliphatic Polyurethane Topcoat for added durability.

  • Available by: 5 Gallon Pails.

  • Color: Available in Limestone, Gray, Slate Gray, Beige, Green, Maple, Red.
